About Reineke

Reineke van Tol is a teacher, researcher, and explorer of relational outdoor learning for deep environmental care, currently based at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Her work draws on Indigenous and posthuman feminist perspectives on relationality to explore more-than-human approaches to learning, being, and becoming in a world shaped by converging planetary crises. Beyond academia, she is an avid trail runner, passionate mountain hiker, exploring violist, and devoted mother of two boys.
